Welcome to My PI Demands LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
This Service is available only to licensed attorneys or authorized law firm representatives. By submitting a case, you confirm you have the legal authority to act on behalf of a licensed attorney and provide case materials.
Your first demand letter is free. Each additional demand is billed at a flat rate of two hundred fifty dollars ($250), payable at the time of submission.
We also offer bulk pricing: clients may prepay for a package of ten (10) demands at a discounted rate of two thousand dollars ($2,000), reducing the per-demand cost to two hundred dollars ($200). Bulk packages do not expire and can be used at your discretion.
No refunds will be issued once drafting has commenced. Waiver codes for free submissions may be issued at our discretion, typically when turnaround guarantees are not met.
Standard delivery is within forty-eight (48) business hours after complete submission. If the deadline is missed, we will issue a one-time waiver code for a future free demand. If additional records or information are submitted after the initial upload, the forty-eight (48) hour clock resets. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Demand letters are delivered as editable Microsoft Word documents (.docx) via email. Exhibits are labeled and referenced in the body of the demand for clarity and convenience. You are responsible for final formatting, letterhead insertion, and review before use.
My PI Demands LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Demand letters are drafts intended to support the work of licensed attorneys. We do not guarantee settlement outcomes, case results, or legal sufficiency of any demands. All content must be thoroughly reviewed by a licensed attorney before use.
Minor corrections (e.g., typographical errors) may be requested within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery at no additional charge. Material changes (e.g., new records, injuries, or treatment) require a new submission and payment. You authorize us to contact you via email or phone for clarification or case updates. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear submissions.
Files are transmitted securely and handled with strict confidentiality. Case materials are deleted within seven (7) business days of delivery unless otherwise requested in writing. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any unrelated purpose. By using the Service, you confirm you have obtained any necessary client consents for sharing protected information with us.
You agree that My PI Demands LLC is not liable for any legal outcomes, missed deadlines, lost settlements, or damages resulting from use of our drafts. You accept full responsibility for reviewing and finalizing all content before submission to any third party. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount paid for the specific demand, with a maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250). In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive any right to class action or jury trial. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
These terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these terms. Sections regarding payment, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and confidentiality shall survive termination.
Service Not Initiated: If you request a refund before we have begun working on your demand letter, you are eligible for a full refund.
Service in Progress: If you request a refund after we have started working on your demand letter but before it is completed, we may offer a partial credit toward future services instead of a cash refund, based on work already completed.
Completed Services: Once the demand letter has been completed and delivered, we generally do not offer refunds. If there are significant issues with the draft provided, we will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary revisions.
Requesting Refunds or Credits: To request a refund or credit, please contact our customer support team at support@mypidemands.com.
Credits issued can be applied toward any future services. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of issuance. All refund and credit requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the original transaction.
